Director of Worship Arts

Eastern Avenue Christian Reformed Church seeks a knowledgeable, musically gifted, creative Director of Worship Arts. In this full-time, salaried position, you will plan and lead the worship ministry of the church, with particular emphasis on music, liturgy, and visual and performing arts. Your experience in using a variety of arts in worship ministry, as well as your ability to cross cultural boundaries will be key to your role. As our Director of Worship Arts, you plan God-glorifying worship services. You will collaborate on selecting music, writing liturgies, and developing the skills of musicians, singers, and artists of all ages and talents. You embody a transformational love of Jesus Christ and share a passion for urban ministry through arts in worship. Your leadership builds and nurtures a Christ-like community among our diverse worshippers. Your ability to speak both Spanish and English is a plus.
