We meet every Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. for a time of Christian fellowship with believers from the United States, Mexico, and Central America. Our entire service is conducted in both English and Spanish. Not all of us speak English. Not all of us speak Spanish. But no one is left out of the community we share in the Holy Spirit.
Nos reunimos cada Domingo a las 11:00 a.m. para un tiempo de hermandad Cristiana con creyentes de los Estados Unidos, México, y América Central. El servicio completo se hace en Inglés y Español. No todos hablamos Inglés. No todos hablamos Español. Pero nadie queda afuera de la comunidad que compartimos en la hermandad del Espíritu Santo.
What is a Worship Service like?
¿Cómo es un Servicio de Adoración?
Every Sunday we are welcomed into worship by our greeters, ushers, and coffee volunteers. We gather to worship through song, prayer, and spoken and visual liturgies. We turn to the Scriptures for teaching at the center of our worship. Each week we share our monetary gifts with designated funds and ministries. Our services typically last about 70 minutes. Following each worship service, members and guests are welcomed into the fellowship hall to have a cup of coffee and share a conversation.
Todos los domingos recibimos una bienvenida a la adoración por nuestros saludadores, acomodadores y voluntarios de café. Nos unimos en adoración con canciones, oraciones y liturgias. Volvemos a las Escrituras para enseñar en el centro de nuestra adoración. Nuestros servicios suelen durar unos 70 minutos. Después de cada servicio de adoración, los miembros y los invitados son recibidos en la sala de confraternidad para tomar una taza de café y compartir una conversación.

Where do my children go?

All of God’s children are welcome in worship! At a designated time in the service, pre-schoolers to 1st grade will be invited and led to a time of Children’s Worship for a portion of the service. We offer loving nursery care for children up to age 2.
¡Todos los hijos de Dios son bienvenidos en la adoración! En un momento designado en el servicio, se invitará a los preescolares al 1er grado y se les dirigirá a un tiempo de Adoración de Niños por una porción del servicio. Ofrecemos cuidado de guardería para niños de hasta 2 años.

At Eastern Ave, there are many ways to be involved in worship, including singing in the choir, leading the prayers of the people, running the sound booth, and welcoming visitors.
